This policy explains what information Shiwam’s Classes (shiwamsclass.com) collects when you use this website, and how it’s used. Shiwam’s Classes is operated solo by Shiwam, based in Arrah, Bihar, India.
Information you provide directly
When you fill in the contact form on this site, you provide your name, email address, phone number, grade/class, subject of interest, and any message you write. Each submission is saved in this website’s database and also sent by email to Shiwam’s Classes. It is used only to respond to your enquiry — to get in touch about a trial class, answer a question, or discuss coaching options. It is not used for any other purpose, and is not sold or rented to anyone.
If you message via the WhatsApp link on this site, that conversation happens directly on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy — this site does not separately collect or store anything from that click.
A note for students under 18
Much of this site’s content is aimed at students in grades 9–12 preparing for board exams and JEE, many of whom are minors. Where the contact form is used to enquire about coaching for a student under 18, it should be filled in by, or with the involvement of, a parent or guardian, the same way it would be for enrolling in any tuition service.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site uses cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it — which pages are read, roughly how much traffic comes from search versus elsewhere, and similar aggregate usage patterns. This does not identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work, though some preferences may not be remembered.

Article pages on this site embed videos from Shiwam’s Classes’ own YouTube channel. Playing an embedded video may set cookies from YouTube/Google, governed by Google’s privacy policy, not this one.

Your information is never sold. It may be shared with the service providers this site runs on — for example the web hosting provider and the contact-form email delivery service — solely to operate the site and deliver your enquiry, and only to the extent needed for that.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are kept in two places: the website’s database and the email inbox of Shiwam’s Classes. They are kept so that your enquiry can be answered and followed up, and nothing deletes them automatically. If you would like a submission removed, email the address below and it will be deleted from both places.
Your rights
You can ask, at any time, what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@shiwamsclass.com and this will be actioned directly — there’s no call centre or automated system standing between you and that request.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date above.
