This policy explains what information Shiwam’s Classes (shiwamsclass.com) collects when you use this website, and how it’s used. Shiwam’s Classes is operated solo by Shiwam, based in Arrah, Bihar, India.
Information you provide directly
When you fill in the contact form on this site, you provide your name, email address, phone number, grade/class, subject of interest, and any message you write. This is used only to respond to your enquiry — to get in touch about a trial class, answer a question, or discuss coaching options. It is not used for any other purpose, and is not sold or rented to anyone.
If you message via the WhatsApp link on this site, that conversation happens directly on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy — this site does not separately collect or store anything from that click.
A note for students under 18
Much of this site’s content is aimed at students in grades 9–12 preparing for board exams and JEE, many of whom are minors. Where the contact form is used to enquire about coaching for a student under 18, it should be filled in by, or with the involvement of, a parent or guardian, the same way it would be for enrolling in any tuition service.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site uses cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it — which pages are read, roughly how much traffic comes from search versus elsewhere, and similar aggregate usage patterns. This does not identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work, though some preferences may not be remembered.
